This course was contains image slides that will need to be read by the student, narrated image slides where the content is read to the student, video presentations by the author Charles Dunn, Esq., and video summaries at the end of each module.
Some examples of the material covered in this course:
- A change in the law regarding the possession and sale of catalytic converters
- When DNA can be expunged, and when private institutions can share clients DNA with the government
- Changes in notification of when there is a security breach at a State or Local Agency
- Barring local ordnances from creating juvenile curfew laws
